By accessing or using GoKomply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

02. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Service providers may be required to complete identity and document verification before they can transact on the platform.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

03. Engagements and payments

GoKomply facilitates engagements between corporate clients and service providers, including agreement, negotiation, delivery, and payment. Payments are processed through our payment partner. You agree to transact in good faith and to honour the terms you confirm on the platform.

04. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, uploading unlawful content, or circumventing the compliance and verification controls.

05. Limitation of liability

GoKomply is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

06. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
